Visitor Services

Our visitor services are designed to help plan your stay and make your visit to Budapest comfortable, hassle-free and memorable. We have experience at planning trips to Budapest anywhere between two to ten days.  Let us make suggestions or arrange travel necessities for you.

We can…

…arrange breakfast packs to wait for you upon your arrival, so you wouldn’t have to start your visit trying to forage for food in a strange city.

…purchase and mail your public transport pass to you, so you can get on a bus and get on your way straight after landing without having to change money, queue and learn enough Hungarian to figure out what type of ticket you will need.

…ask some questions about your main interests and plans and prepare a customised guidebook for you with details of events and seasonal programmes that you wouldn’t know about otherwise.

Interested? Please get in touch with us in good time before your visit!

Accommodation

We fully renovated our flat in 2014 so that it is the perfect place for your stay here in Budapest. In the past year Chez Street & River has welcomed over 150 guests from all over the world with great feedback and reviews about the location, the flat and the services provided. The flat has added comforts that you will find nowhere else. Our specialty is welcoming British guests with good old Yorkshire tea, an electric kettle and British wall sockets so that you wouldn’t have to travel with bulky adapters. Let us know if you have any special needs and requirements and we will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
